A few of you may still have access to rare components that look something like the following image.
The abilities, if unlocked, can not be used after the event in which they were acquired. During said event they can only be used once by the person who unlocked them.
These items are intended to expire unless preserved, similar to other alchemical components.
(They can’t really be re-used so if you just like the thing and want to hang on to it, it’s yours.)
