Before we get to donations, there are a couple volunteer items we’d like to remind folks about in advance.

  • [CLAIMED] Laundry. There are always a couple bins of dirty costuming at the end of each event. We’ll give you 1 CP per load to wash it and bring it back. Leave some space in your car if you’d like to do this.

  • Similarly, we usually have a bin of masks that we’d like sprayed with alcohol and wiped down to disinfect them.

  • Kitchen. As always, we’ll need people for meal prep, serving, and dishes. Colin/Duncan, Leopold/Brian, and Vai/Ashleigh can provide specifics.

  • And as always, set-up and clean up need volunteers. Help out your staff who will already be exhausted from running plot for you.

One more item we’d like: A couple bundles of firewood, either sourced near Camp Middlesex or kiln dried. (No invasive bug stowaways, please!)

Additionally, we could use someone to purchase staff center snacks to keep staff hydrated and blood-sugared. Message me for the usual list!
