I, Von Saponathiem von Walfen the Emissary of Vigor, have heard from several of you that your current Death Contracts do not match who you are. Perhaps your parents had a different vision for your future, perhaps they didn’t love you enough to join in a simple communal ritual. There is good news: This can be changed.
For those burned by unloving parents who saddled you with the contract of Evren, I can easily change that with a ruby, and obsidian, some of your blood and a stand in parent.
For those of other Contracts, things get a bit harder. Changing contracts is more difficult the more one dies. How difficult depends. If the person has never died, a regular contract creation ritual may be used with the addition of a frog.
Shifting from the contracts of Vigor and Umbra to another is simple if no additional spirit or improved odds have been used. This also requires the addition of a frog. If either benefit was used, the benefit of the new contract may be reduced or gain complications.
Even if one has died, shifting between the contracts of Reverie and Firmament is not difficult, and also costs the extra frog.
In changing from either Reverie or Firmament to either Umbra or Vigor, some benefit has already been received if the person has ever died. Depending on how many times, the new contract’s benefits may reduce severly. Some may be regained with additional components, varying based on the death record. We would need their name to specify.
I do know the Obsidian and Ruby can be used to cover two to three individuals, and am erring on the side of caution and will say it covers two people. I will need a druids assistance to purify things but I am hoping to do a large ritual this coming gather. If you all could get back to me before this coming Willowsday to say you are interested in this, and the contract to change we can get this done. You will be responsible for getting the components, but they can be split communally.
