We will once again be doing registration for the Fall Witchwood events on a staggered basis.
Registration will open for returning players/staff at approximately noon on Friday, 7/3
Registration for new players will open at approximately noon one week later on Friday, 7/10.
An announcement will be made here and on the Discord server when registration has been opened.
The BGS Deadline for Spring 1 will be Monday, 7/20 at 6 AM.
Pass costs are the same as in the Spring: $100 for the individual event passes and $190 for the season pass.
We are continuing the board approved “pay what you can” system of financial aid for players for whom the registration fee represents a financial burden. If you wish to use this system, register with “Pay at the door.” You should then either pay in cash at the door or send payment to treasurer@witchwoodroleplaying.com via PayPal and include in the memo what the payment is for and that you are using the pay what you can system. The minimum fee for a weekend event is $20.
If you can pay more for the event and wish to donate money to help offset the cost of the program mentioned above, you can send donations to treasurer@witchwoodroleplaying.com via PayPal and include in the memo what the payment is for. This does not count as a donation for QP purposes.
