A letter in fancy script is posted to the tavern bulletin board, and smaller copies are hung around town. No one has seen who is posting them, and they always seem to reappear shortly after being removed.

Are you full of zest for competition? Do you yearn to earn points? Will you do anything to appease the Master of Tasks?
Write a letter of interest to TM and seal it with red wax if you want to prove your worth, and receive a Prize Beyond Reckoning. The competition will begin in Spring.”
