At the board meeting last Friday, the RFR Board of Directors discussed gender balance on the board, and the importance of including non-male perspectives in the dialogue. At the end of our discussion we unanimously passed the following policy, which will apply to future elections for board seats: “If there are fewer than three non-men on the RFR board, men are not eligible to run for open board seats.”
