We have made some updates to the Witchwood rules over the winter. The PDFs will be linked from the main rules pages soon but in the meantime, the full rulebook is available here and the primer is available here.
The full changelog is available here but in summary:
- Updated code of conduct and RFR values to use the updated language from the board
- Voice calls do not go through gates.
- Voice calls may have the descriptors “trap” or “ambient” added indicating they may be resisted with avoid trap or that the call doesn’t represent an action the person making the call is taking respectively.
- You can parry weapon calls that are delivered by voice
- Maim and Disarm delivered by voice should include the limb or weapon that is effected, not just the person being targeted
- Updated the time that you can tuck your weapons behind your back when disarmed or fumbled from 5 seconds to 15 seconds.
- Added a Deathshield spell effect
- Augments can now be used when under weakness or silence to bring them on par with powders
- Changed Character Points (CP) to Quintessence Points (QP)
