Hello all,
You may know me as Dolan Cerik, Treasurer of the Oak Harbor HOA, Chief Proprietor of the Oak Harbor Casino, Master Rune Mage, Night Ape, Doom Guy, or the cactus with a gun, but otherwise, I am Ryan Ford. I started playing Witchwood in fall of 2019 and continued through my stint in Oregon, traveling 3 times a year for events. I also crunched Entanglement for a short while and hope to get back to that this fall / next spring. Witchwood was my first LARP, I have been hooked from the first time I walked into the tavern. Playing for a few years inspired me to crunch for ENT as a way to give back to those who make WW run smoothly, and now I am ready to take the next step to help RFR in a more meaningful way. Our larps have been a place for me to grow and meet some truly incredible people.
I am running for a board seat to help keep these games going strongly and to grow into the future. I have a wide range of previous experience that I believe would make me a good fit for the board and for RFR. I have run the cash room for a ski resort, organized retailers together with the VT states attorney for bi-monthly loss prevention conversations, and have worked as a wilderness field guide for wilderness therapy. I believe that these experiences, and others, give me the skills needed to help RFR continue for years to come.
