Hi folks! Scheduling gremlin here, trying something new based on player feedback from last year. We have a HANDY-DANDY FORM for you to fill out! Our goal is to nail down where players might be if they’re not in the tavern, and to collate any public-facing player-run activities like Weaver’s Tea, so we know where to find you to get you on your plots! PLEASE take five minutes to fill this out by April 10th, so I can attempt to work it into the schedule, or try to give you a heads up if a mod I think you’re on may intersect with an activity. I would also like folks who are on kitchen duty and childcare normally to please fill out if and when you’re normally on that! (I know childcare moves around, I just need to know if you regularly do it).
If you do not fill out this form, I will assume you are at game from the time it starts til the time it ends, and you are both available and easily findable for all in-game hours!
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Putting something in this survey DOES NOT GUARANTEE that plot won’t run over it. We do our best, but the schedule is a mighty beast.
- PLEASE add things even if they’re secret; I don’t need to know where, or who, but I do need to know when so I don’t accidentally send out your Most Important Weekend Plot while you’re having a redacted meeting.
- There is a section at the end where I ask if you have anything else you need to add! This is for “I normally take a nap from 3pm to 5pm on Saturday!” or “I plan on running a player event for three hours in Spring 2 but not in other events!” IF YOU PLAN ON RUNNING A ONE-TIME PLAYER EVENT FOR MULTIPLE HOURS PLEASE PUT THIS IN YOUR PEL/BGS ALSO!
- This survey applies to the 2026 season only. If this works, and helps us keep the schedule on track a little better, I will continue making them yearly. If it becomes too much effort, or I get feedback that you don’t like it, I will stop doing it.
Thanks for your cooperation! If you have any questions, please DM me on Discord (@tearezi) or Slack (I’m Mal on there with a picture of a raccoon). Love ya! <3
