Stabby Bitey Man-

  • 4 Applications came in. A vote is called on whether to come to a verdict on the cases immediately or not.
    • 4 vote in favor of hearing them out and voting on them now, 4 abstain.
  • 100 Leaf is dedicated to this project. All weaver fees will not be covered by the Town Council.
  • Alleged Victim- Robert Oakmont
    • 6 vote in favor of accepting their petition. 2 Abstain.
  • Alleged Victim- Kalket Alen
    • 6 Voted in favor of accepting their petition. 2 Abstain
  • Theo McDent
    • 1 vote to accept their petition, 1 to reject their petition, 6 to investigate their case further.
  • Marscone Ascotti
    • 4 to reject their petition, 3 to abstain, one not voting
  • On the matter of payment, and dividing the public fund, a vote was held on whether that would be decided now or later.
    • 6 voted to table the discussion for next gather. 2 Abstained.

Pirates & Bandits-

  • Neither is out of control
  • Town Council agrees that Dolan has Spring to deal with the bandits.

Lenmiri & the Magical Foods Trade Route-

  • Lenmiri is to send representatives tomorrow
    • Need taste testers
    • Nurra will be brining in the representatives.
      • Post Gather notes: Thanks to the work of Enki’ori, the only town councilor down the hill at breakfast that day, the Magical Foods trade route has been accepted.

Town Jobs-

  • 3 new jobs have surfaced as options in Oak Harbor thanks to Ting’m poking around.
    • Tavern Keep- 8 Leaf per gather
      • Must Decorate & Clean Tavern. One new decoration is needed per season.
      • Gains the ability to do a “By My Voice, Refresh 2 QP” in Tavern. (Once per Event? Unclear).
    • Town Admiral- Pay based on BGS (See Town Ranger rates)
      • Spend BGS to watch the trade routes between gathers and lead the militia to any trouble they might be needed for.
      • Gains 1 free use (per gather) of I have a Boat to use however you want. Can never use more than one “I have a Boat”
  • The discussion of what to do with town jobs, and whether another job should be added, is tabled for the gather.

Militia Captian

  • Mogudad tenders his resignation or militia captain effective tomorrow.
  • Kellis is suggested as his replacement, for the vote next gather.
  • The recommendation is pulled based on the following news.

Burglary at the Zaffiro Warehouse

  • One group of burglars wore an Owl Insignia.
  • A second group arrvived, killed the Owl armband wearers
  • In the scuffle the Zaffiro Maestro was subdued. Council person Tirnoc suggests it was the second group who did so
  • the Maestro identified Zevvi di Romanza, Oak Harbor Citizen and absent Town Council Member, as part of the second group.
  • One of the Zaffiro Ostrich Warning Signs was taken into town from the facility, and it was seen in the hands of Kellis.
  • An investigation into these activities is expected & recompense in some way for the matter at hand.
  • Is this romanza backed? an investigation must uncover this.
  • Zevvi and Kellis are the key figures named at this meeting.
  • The Sign is considered evidence of a break in
  • The idea of Kellis being recommended for election to Militia captain is seen as concerning by Council Person Tirnoc, should he be guilty.

Town Expansion

  • the Zaffiro & Hurzicht from Ralden which to establish an expanded presense in Oak Harbor.
  • Many places were built for the conclave in the Witchwood, and there are concerns those will shift and not be beneficial for long term settlement.
  • May require help to more permanently attach these locations to the town. Anchoring is potentially needed for all locations.
  • Town currently has 5 anchored areas (town clerk proposes they be called districts)
  • Rituals to attach districts are expensive and will require special research.

Conclave Building
All costs for the Conclave building were paid for by the WFTC. This question was brought up by the Clerk towards the end of the Meeting.

  • Warehouse:
    Effect: Merchants gain 1 use of Reliable Source with a Felicitoro Family in good standing with the Parlor of Rings. You must pick one Family and negotiate the commodity. The commodity can be changed with the agreement of the Family. The price is subject to the markets. If you fall out with the Family or the Family falls out with the Parlor of Rings, it will take one game to reestablish Reliable Source with another Family. (Reliable Source (3*): You have located a source (NPC or organization) who always deals in a specific commodity(s). Their transaction(s) will always appear on your merchant lots list. The source and the transaction(s) they will perform must by located in game, and may need in-game maintenance to preserve or improve.)
    Cost: 3 uses of Merchant and 40L
  • Greenhouse
    Effect: All herbalists gain 5 temporary uses of one of Gardening, Crafting or Extraction Expertise per event.
    Cost: 30L and 8 plant components
  • Laboratory:
    This information will only be provided to an alchemist.
  • Realm Library
    Effect: Gain two temporary uses of your racial skill per event.
    Cost: 30L

These costs must be paid by town council each gather. (OOG NOTE: If you pay for part of the conclave building PUT What you paid in your BGS)

Town Agenda-
The Town Clerk Requested a copy of the agenda moving forward to pass to Town councilors, so time is not spent trying to figure out how to react to information and make decisions in the moment.
