A few announcements/reminders:
- We are adjusting the registration system for this year in several ways due to the fact that we were hitting our player cap consistently. First, we are only opening registration for one season at a time. There will no longer be an annual pass option but there will still be a season pass. Second, we are opening registration for returning players before new players. Registration for returning players for the Spring events will open on Monday, March 10th at approximately noon. Registration for new players will open a week later on Monday, March 17th at approximately noon. You count as a returning player if you have attended an event in any capacity within the last 2 years. An announcement will be made when registration is open.
- The board voted to approve a “pay what you can” system of financial aid for players for whom the registration fee represents a financial burden. If you wish to use this system, register with “Pay at the door.” You should then either pay in cash at the door or send payment to treasurer@witchwoodroleplaying.com via PayPal and include in the memo what the payment is for and that you are using the pay what you can system. The minimum fee for a weekend event is $20.
- If you can pay more for the event and wish to donate money to help offset the cost of the program mentioned above, you can send donations to treasurer@witchwoodroleplaying.com via PayPal and include in the memo what the payment is for. This does not count as a donation for CP purposes.
- The season cap rollover will happen at approximately the same time as registration opens. An announcement will be made when this occurs.
- To adjust for the later registration date, the BGS deadline will be 6 AM on Monday, March 17th.
- We are having a camp clean-up weekend at Camp Middlesex on the weekend of April 4th. Stay tuned for more details on that.
