We will once again be doing registration for the Spring Witchwood events on a staggered basis.
Registration will open for returning players at approximately noon on Thursday, 3/12
Registration for new players will open at approximately noon one week later on Thursday, 3/19.
An announcement will be made here and on the Discord server when registration has been opened. Pricing for this year’s events will be determined at the board meeting on Wednesday, 3/11 and announced with the registration announcement.
The BGS Deadline for Spring 1 will be Friday 3/20 at 6 AM.
Pass costs were raised by $10/per event to $100 for the individual event passes and $190 for the season pass. This is on par with similar larps in the area, including ones that require extra payment for the meal plan.
We are continuing the board approved “pay what you can” system of financial aid for players for whom the registration fee represents a financial burden. If you wish to use this system, register with “Pay at the door.” You should then either pay in cash at the door or send payment to treasurer@witchwoodroleplaying.com via PayPal and include in the memo what the payment is for and that you are using the pay what you can system. The minimum fee for a weekend event is $20.
If you can pay more for the event and wish to donate money to help offset the cost of the program mentioned above, you can send donations to treasurer@witchwoodroleplaying.com via PayPal and include in the memo what the payment is for. This does not count as a donation for QP purposes.
