Conclave Building
- Town Council will not be paying for Conclave Buildings
- Kith is willing to pay out after fundraising, but not forever
- Nem commits plants for the greenhouse, Yorick commits 4 Merchant to keep the Warehouse Running
- Nem puts forward 70 Leaf, Shambrin 20 Leaf and Talisien 10 Leaf to pay for the gather.
Remaining Financial Commitments
- Militia Funding is 200 Leaf, given to Vennick after buildings are paid.
- Amos and Deputies paid a total of 40 leaf
- A vote is held to reaffirm that in fall Town Council will be sending fund to the reconstruction of Salendale
Pirate Attacks
- A ship was crashed into according to Strigford?
- The pirates are growing stronger, with Sweeny attacking Pirates as much as trading ships. More will need to be looked into for fall
Bandits
- Dolan is actively leading an attack on the bandits.
- Post Gather Report, the attack was a resounding success
Town Jobs
- Snae was unavailable to present their request.
- Banner Bearer seems “better”
- Ranger can patrol around the woods
- Can fund one more job, not convinced its worth it
- Tavern Keeper and Admiral were considered
- Admiral is a problem as Durand is the local Peleset Admiral and has no interest in working for the WFTC
- Tavern keeper seems best with Anatoly in mind, but defering until such individuals can be present if they are interested

- If BW submit a formal proposal this can be revisted

- Nem suggests deputy could ask about bandit problem
- A broken doll was found, with reports of kidnapped children.
- Feldgeist likely responsible. Amos to track.

Warehouse Robbery
- Investigation from Amos- not clear of the pamphlet, confused on if they were the owner of the items. No one wanted to come forward with anything they saw.
- Sei Tirnoc says some items were returned; others were sold to other parties. Repayment and restitution is in progress and hopefully it will all be put to rest soon
- Third party is unknown
Owl Custodian Syndicate
- TC to take a stand against them.
- Don’t want them in Oak Harbor
- Flyer for 50 leaf reward for info on Blodfuwedd
- Looking for info, action, capture, or any pressure against them
Stabby Bitey Man
- Theo was a guard on a courier mission. He was intercepted by Dolan and others. Dolan killed him and ate his heart. No knowledge of ig Theo was involved in bad stuff or innocent. Waynewright & Theo said they don’t know why they were targeted.
- Restitution is voted on, for 33L to each accepted case.

We did not have the usual town clerk this gather. The substitute took amazing notes. We also had an agenda that was shown to TC members before the meeting. This was the fastest TC meeting in the Clerks time here.
