You are Invited to S.C.R.E.A.M.'s First Feast!

To All of Oak Harbor!

You are invited to the inaugural feast of the Society for Cultural Refinement, Expansion, and Management! S.C.R.E.A.M. was formed to help Oak Harbor transition from a small outpost on the edge of the Witchwood to a welcoming and formidable city. In recognition of the threshold of greatness that Oak Harbor stands upon, interested parties have gathered together to actively fill in and expand the framework which all of you have built. Each of you had a part in building that framework and we hope that you will come, feast and share ideas on how we can all move forward.

S.C.R.E.A.M. was created to coordinate the growth of Oak Harbor as it expands and diversifies. We aim to expand existing trades and businesses and encourage new trades and businesses in Oak Harbor and its surrounds. We hope to support cultural growth and activities in Oak Harbor for the edification of its citizens and to attract visitors and settlers from elsewhere. Ultimately, we hope that all these efforts will result in a more prosperous and influential Oak Harbor. If you would like to play a major role in S.C.R.E.A.M., please reach out to any of us for more information.

There will be several competitions, the first and most important of which is the Potluck Competition, judged by Savia Rowan on behalf of the Magical Provisions Consortium. There will be three categories, Appetizer, Main Course, and Dessert. You may bring more than one dish per category, but you must choose one dish to compete in each category. You may only win in one category.

The Art Competition, hosted by Saffron on behalf of the Artistic Consortium, will be a test of what you can make over the course of the Feast! Bring your own materials or let the winds choose your materials! by using the materials we provide. The prompt for the contest will be revealed at the start of the Feast.

Vital to the mission of S.C.R.E.A.M. and hosted by all of us, our third contest is the Publicity and Promotions Competition. What would you say or sing or draw to bring tourists, settlers and new trade to Oak Harbor? What would you say or sing or draw to encourage anyone to buy the goods and services of Oak Harbor? This is your chance to win a grand prize for the perfect vision!

Our final competition shall be the dueling circle hosted by none other than the proprietor of Safari Across the Realms, Ezra Carter Gatejumper! The first business that S.C.R.E.A.M. has attracted to our fine town, Ezra specializes in offering customized realm travel packages to the discerning tourist. If the being exists, Safari Across the Realms can help you view it!*

For Lyrical Representation, our humble bard Wisteria shall be running a performance stage. Prepare a performance you would like to share and speak with Wisteria at the Feast to perform! Depending on interest, this may also include a contest of Lyrical Power.

Representing the Local Amenities, Ridley will be offering a delightful retreat from your daily life in the form of a guided meditation and quiet corner. In addition, the Velliar University will be hosting a Folded Stories adventure sure to delight the creative storytellers and jokesters alike. Docent Jerome will be facilitating the adventures.

Finally, S.C.R.E.A.M. is happy to announce that there will be an auction at the Feast with all proceeds going directly to fund the improvement and expansion of the town. The auction items on offer will primarily be goods and services donated by members of S.C.R.E.A.M.

We look forward to seeing anyone with a vested interest in the future of Oak Harbor there!

Clarify: the request for non-violence is actually a game rule, outside the scheduled dueling circle. While real-world alcohol is available for feast, you may not duel if you have drunk alcohol already.
