Hi folks,
As mentioned in a previous post, the Board and Game Directors hired a diversity consultant to review player-facing game materials for both of RFR’s games. We worked with Dara Crawley, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), who is not only a professional diversity and writing consultant, but who has experience specifically with role-playing game design. We would like to release the results of the report to you so you can see what topics came up.
The Game Directors will be taking these reports into account in order to improve our existing games and make them more sensitive to diversity-related issues.
